This retreat offers a modified version of the classic Vipassana course with main upgrades: Daily live Dharma talks, Writing is allowed during the course, daily morning/afternoon stretching & Qigong or Yoga, healthy vegan food and difgital detox, walking meditation & final night of tribal ceremony.
8 days retreat of Meditations, Vegan to Raw food, stretching & Qi-Gong exercises, conscious breathing, Nature walks-meditative walks, private Healing treatments (optional) and final night of fire ceremony .
