A unique experience that combine wisdom and teaching from East to West. We will be offering theory and practices of Meditations (such as Vipassana and Taoist meditations), sacred movement - Qigong and Yoga, Heart-centric emotional work and tools for healing and clearing. We will immerse into dance, Â DMT shamanic journeys, shamanic wisdom from different traditions, Rituals and ceremonies.
The mornings are dedicated to Zen style pratices while the nights are all about Shamanism...
